5. Ordering and Payment

• Pricing and Payment: All prices on the website are in Pakistani Rupees (Rs.) and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made at the time of order via the available payment methods. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
• Order Verification: Upon placing an order, you may receive an email or SMS for order verification. Your order will only be confirmed once verification is complete.

6. Shipping

• Processing and Delivery: Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Friday). Once dispatched, domestic orders are delivered within 3-4 working days. Shipping times may vary due to peak periods or unforeseen circumstances.
• Shipping Charges: We offer free standard shipping on orders over Rs. 900. For orders below this threshold, a flat fee of Rs. 100 will be applied. We partner with reliable couriers (e.g., TCS, Leopard and Post Ex) to ensure timely delivery.
• Address Accuracy: Please provide accurate and complete shipping information. Vitafit is not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the Product must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact, along with proof of purchase.
• How to Return: Contact us at info@vitafitonline.com to initiate a return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact our Customer Support immediately at info@vitafitonline.com for a resolution.
• Exchanges: For exchanges, return the current item as per our return process and place a separate order for the desired Product.
• Refund Process:
  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of refund approval.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary based on your bank or credit card provider.
• Non-Returnable Items: Certain items such as perishable goods, custom or personalized orders, hazardous materials, and sale items/gift cards are not eligible for return.

8. Order Cancellation

• After Shipment: Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the return process.
