    • All orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
  • Transit Time:
    • Once dispatched, your order will typically be delivered within 3-4 working days across Pakistan. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Shipping Charges & Eligibility

  • Free Shipping Threshold:
    • Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over Rs. 900.
  • Orders Below Threshold:
    • For orders valued under Rs. 900, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 100 will be applied at checkout.
  • Courier Services:
    • We partner with reliable courier services such as TCS and Leopard, selecting the best option based on your delivery address for maximum efficiency and coverage.

3. Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information:
    • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment status.

4. International Shipping

  • Domestic Orders Only:

    • While we strive to deliver your order on time, factors beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, carrier delays, or holidays) may occasionally affect delivery times.
  • Incorrect Address:
    • Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate and complete. Vitafit is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

6. Changes to Your Shipment

  • Address Changes:
    • If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@vitafitonline.com. Changes cannot be guaranteed if your order has already been processed for shipment.
  • Order Cancellation:
    • Orders can be canceled without penalty if requested before the order is dispatched. Once an order is shipped, cancellations are not possible. In such cases, please refer to our Return Policy for further assistance.
